How is this private?
The AI model runs entirely on your iPhone. Sotto has no servers and collects no data. The only network connections are a one-time AI model download and optional iCloud private sync — both under your control.
Does it connect to my bank?
No — by design. You log transactions manually, import CSV files, or scan receipts. Your bank credentials never enter the picture.
What iPhone do I need?
Recent iPhones with sufficient memory. The on-device AI model needs roughly 2 GB of free space. The app checks your device and tells you if it's ready.
Is the AI accurate?
Every figure is computed by the app from your data; the AI only explains. Answers are verified before they reach your screen.
What if I lose my phone?
Enable optional iCloud sync to store data in your private iCloud account — encrypted and inaccessible to us. Without sync, data lives only on the device.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Sotto → Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Apple verifies your App Store account and restores any active subscription or lifetime purchase.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open App Store Subscriptions on your iPhone or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
How do I re-download the AI model?
Open Sotto → Settings → AI Model → Re-download. This replaces the on-device model file. No personal data is sent during the download.
How do I export my data?
Pro subscribers can export from Settings → Data → Export. You'll receive a CSV file saved locally on your device.
